Since it is time that we create business on worldwide market, it is necessary to have global sense. In fact, half of
our sales turnover is from the business with overseas customers; we estimate it keeps on rising up. Having
global network gives us more strong points on business strategy, and we enable to have some differentiation
On development of human resources, to lean from customers is important attitude and brushing up own skill
and knowledge from relationship with customers, which is fundamental. We exhibit at JIMTOF (Japan
International Machine Tool of Fair) and attend exhibitions in overseas. We give such opportunities to associates
who can expand their possibility and ideas. We aim to be elite and condensed organization with minimum
number of associates.
Take advantage of originality and sensitivity by each associate, and go forward with positive attitude and
