Using urethane roller (Tension roller)

Urethane roller (Tension roller) which has wire groove by wearing off may cause various problems like wire slipping.
By renewing urethane part of the roller , you can save the cost.

Note

The color of the urethane part might be different from the original one.
To identify the roller , we put punch mark on the metal part.
The price is decided depends on the size and condition, Please feel free to ask us.

Order procedure

Please send us roller with freight prepaid. After inspection, we renew urethane part and send it back to customer.
Lead time is approx 4 weeks.

Ceramic Roller Regrinding

Ceramic roller which has wire groove by wearing off may cause various problems like wire slipping.
By grinding surface of ceramic to remove the wire groove, you can reuse the ceramic roller.

Note

The ceramic roller which has cracking or chipping might not be able to regrind.
Please pay attention to the packing carefully when you return.
Please be noted that out side of diameter changes by grinding a few times.
Regriding service would offer a few times , but it depends on the ceramic roller condition.

Order procedure

Please send us roller with freight prepaid. After inspection, we regrind ceramic part of roller and return it to customer.
Lead time is approx 2-3 weeks.

 

Guide Cleaning

The wire sludge piled up in the wire guide causes bad effect to auto wire threading and accuracy.
Removing the sludge, the wire guide can recover the original performance.

Note

In case we find following things by pre-inspection, we might not able to offer this service.
The wire guide is too much worn away.
Degradation wire guide. (The wire guide might be broken by cleaning)
Stuck wire (It depends on the situation) The wire guide(Bad condition) couldn’t be cleaned perfectly by our cleaning,
even in that case we charge the cleaning fee.

Please send us wire guide with freight prepaid. After inspection, we clean wire guide and return it to customer.
Lead time is approx 5-7 days.
