Ion Exchange Resin

SUNROX Resin is an extra high quality, pure mixed-bed resin specially formulated for the deionization of water in wire EDM machines. This virgin resin offers many additional hours of service life over ordinary products, and reduces downtime required for frequent resin changes.

SPC x eco SUNROX Premium Cleaner x eco

SPC x eco has great detergent and can be used for various applications such as cleaning, washing, hand-washing.

100% naturally-derived elements, this is eco-friendly products and waste fluid doesn’t cause secondary contamination.
This is neither emulsification nor delipidation. As this strips off contamination, it doesn’t cause skin damage and is tender for human-beings.
At the same time, it works for rust preventive as well as cleaning effect because of forming high polymer choroid coat.

Detergent mechanism of SPC x eco

Note : In case of general synthetic detergent, extremely delipdation from hand (skin) and reattaching and spreading the elements of detergent and contamination, there are such faults.

Cleaning result 1

Wall paper : Cleaning of oil spot and other contamination.
Cleaning with straight liquid. We can clean out strong contamination without damaging wall paper.

Cleaning result 2

Gear : Case of cleaning sludge with ultrasonic.
Comparing cleaning with tap water and liquid of 5 times dilution. (ultrasonic cleaning for 20 minutes). In case of cleaning with tap water only (Left), contamination has left over and reattached. In case of liquid of 5 times dilution (Right), cleaned off contamination completely.

Evidence of rust preventive effect

Put clip and steel nail in tap water and SPC liquid in 100 times dilution, and looked over the status for 1 week.
What in tap water has getting rust from the second day.
2 weeks later : We confirm that what in SPC liquid in 100 times dilution have never seen any getting rust even after 14 days.
